Narconon Drug Rehab Graduate Living Drug Free
Two years ago, when she thought things could not get any worse, Brandy overdosed on prescription pain medication. When her family found her she was unconscious and barely breathing.

NORCROSS, GA, December 07, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Two Christmases ago Brandy had hit rock bottom. She was on the verge of losing her job She had spent so much of her money on prescriptions drugs that she was filing for bankruptcy. She had lost primary custody of her children and her brother and sister were so ashamed that they stopped speaking to her.

This Christmas season Brandy has a new job, she is completely out of debt, she is going to school and has regained custody of her daughter, with shared custody of her son.

Last Christmas she spent at Narconon drug rehab learning how to live drug free.

Two years ago, when she thought things could not get any worse, Brandy overdosed on prescription pain medication. When her family found her she was unconscious and barely breathing. Brandy reports that a visit to the hospital to get her stomach pumped saved her immediate life and the Narconon drug rehab program gave her life back.

As Brandy describes the program, "The sauna detoxification program helped me and as the toxins left my body I started to feel better physically. I started to take care of my hair and I dressed better.

I felt reborn from sauna, but I really wasn't' there. The rest of the program showed me why I did what I did. I realized that I was the one who had to make the changes - that no one else could do it for me. I have made those changes. I have stayed clean for 15 months. In January I will have a hair follicle test which will prove I have been drug free for 16 months. I will get back full custody of my son at that time."

Like so many others, Brandy initially thought the medications were helping her. " I started taking pain meds because I had chronic back pain. I was given prescription drugs to ease the pain. However, as I started having personal problems I thought the drugs were helping me and I started taking more and more of them and added Xanax to the list. I always got these drugs legally I would get them from doctors - I had two primary care physicians or I would go to the emergency room if I ran out early. I slept so much I never really had time for my children.

This Christmas I am focusing on my children. They missed out on so many years that they are going to know for sure that they are very special people. Thanks to Narconon it's all about them now."
